Recording Studio

We have a professional 4K video and podcast recording studio in our office in Coleraine. We have recorded over 1000 hours of video training materials

Job Title: Administrator
Location: Work from home, and from Woodson offices in Coleraine
Salary: £10 per hour
Role Type: Part-time, minimum of 15 hours per week, with the option of flexi-time and additional hours
This is a joint role between two companies, ISArc Limited and Woodson Training who work cooperatively with the same customer base.
Woodson Training validates data for European funded programmes for the unemployed. ISArc Limited specialises in the design and development of secure web-based information management systems.
We require a trustworthy individual who can work confidently, quickly and independently. The successful candidate will be able to work behind the scenes enabling both businesses to run smoothly.

Duties of the role:

• Preparing and sending invoices to customers
• Dealing with customer finance queries
• Importing data from online billing systems
• Updates to book-keeping spreadsheets
• Liasing with the company accountants and VAT specialists
• Validation of data for customers (involving checking various data sources provided and then certifying that the information provided is correct)
• Helping with our live-chat support
• To post regularly and promote both organisations on social media platforms

Essential skills:

• A sound understanding of Microsoft Excel and use of formulas
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to touch-type
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Hours and location:

• Working from home or office environment
• Minimum of 15 hours per week split between ISArc and Woodson
